Every starport has six places inside. Names differ by faction, services are identical.

Ports
Standard ports appear throughout the galaxy for trading and resupply. Port type reflects the local economy and faction alignment.
- Depot — fuel and basic supply stop
- Agricultural Station — organics-focused trading post
- Tech Hub — equipment and technology exchange
- Mining Station — raw resource outpost
- Research Complex — science and exploration support
- Pirate Base — pirate-aligned supply and trade
- Black Market — off-the-books exchange in pirate territory
- Trading Post — player-built port on an owned planet
Planets
Planets appear in sectors throughout the galaxy and can be claimed and developed.
- Habitable World — temperate, capable of supporting large populations
- Resource Planet — mineral-rich, high production potential
- Gas Giant — massive, inhospitable, and visually striking
- Barren World — sparse and unforgiving, but claimable
Landmarks
Landmarks are fixed points of interest with no functional gameplay role. They mark the galaxy and give it character.
- Black Hole — extreme gravitational anomaly
- Ancient Ruins — remnants of something that came before
- Navigation Beacon — automated waypoint marker
- Space Anomaly — unexplained spatial phenomenon
Stations
Stations are structures serving specific functions in a sector.
- Defense Station — armed platform for territorial control
- Repair Station — field maintenance for passing ships
- Research Station — scientific outpost in deep space
Hazards
Hazards are environmental sector features. They do not interact directly with gameplay but shape the character of the space around them.
- Nebula — dense gas cloud reducing visibility
- Asteroid Field — rocky debris field
- Radiation Zone — high-energy emission area
