Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your Big Bang Smugglers account and all associated data, send an email to:

privacy@bigbangsmugglers.com

Please include the following in your email:

• The email address associated with your account
• Subject line: Account Deletion Request

What Gets Deleted

Upon confirmed deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your Firebase Authentication account (email, Google login)
• All player data: ship, credits, galaxy history, stats, missions
• All planet ownership records
• All corporation memberships
• Feed posts and messages authored by your account

What May Be Retained

• Aggregated, anonymized leaderboard history (no personally identifiable information)
• Crash and diagnostic logs (retained up to 90 days, then automatically purged)

Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
